Way to go. You really plugged up this thread.
These are well made. I use one to use 5670 tubes in a Sparkos Gemini or 6922 tubes in my Vali 2++ (works both ways). Not cheap - quality build.

I second the Garage 1217 recommendation. I use one in my Vali 3, and it's great. Made in the U.S.A., too.

Schiit did ship out my V3 in the same day I dropped the old one off!

Mine was in the second production batch (before the “fix”), and hasn’t had any issues. I’ve used it exclusively with DCA E3s and Noires, and either with the stock 6N1Ps or with the currently (and probably permanently) installed Raytheon Windmill Getter 5670s. No issues, just seriously great sound. You got me…My unit didn't trigger as often some others have experienced. I sent mine in due to owning several Planar headphones, and another one will be added at the end of the year. My new Valhalla 3 will arrive Thursday, and I will be glad to have it back.
Hopefully you won't have any issues, but Schiit support is there if anything comes up. The Valhalla 3 has a 5 year warranty, and Schiit is known to honor their warranties. Like I posted earlier, I have owned a lot of Schiit since 2019, and this is the first time I have had to send one in for service/replacement.
Looks like my replacement Valhalla 3 will arrive today, provided FedEx finds my apartment.

So I was accidentally looking at my tracking number for sending the old V3 back to Schiit. So they will get it on Thursday.
Schiit has made a label, but they have not dropped it off with FedEx yet. I don't know when my new V3 will show up.

FedEx pickup is normally later in the day. I used to work receiving for a College warehouse, and I have delt with most services. This is not unusual.

The label was created around 1pm in Schiit's time zone.
It's not the end of the world, the issue is that Schiit always requires a signature for their deliveries.

There was no signature required for my exchange unit. Maybe an oversight on their part as typically they do require it -- at least for new purchases.
My first unit said signature required, but Fedex released it without it. I guess it will also depend on the driver.
Any others upgrade from the Valhalla 2 to the 3? I'm currently running a bifrost 2/64 and vh2, I'm curious to read someones write up comparing the two a bit more if they don't mind.

My V3 required a sig, but not the Jot 2 which arrived one week later. Maybe the V3 put it over the cost threshold they need for sigs.
