I will try it!That was my aunt's favorite gin. Here's another shameless plug for Far North Spirits: this time for their Solveig gin. Good stuff! Makes a kick-ass Negroni.

Also, maybe I mentioned this one before, if you’re interested in trying an American “Scotch like” whiskey, the single malt from Westward is decent.

Ok, I'll throw this request out:
Moved into a new (to us) house, and it has a bar in the basement. I've always been a beer (and some vodka) guy before getting into bourbon a few years ago. I'm a dummy on the rest. So here is the ask:
What is your pick for me to stock for one bottle of each liquor type, in the $20-100 range for each? Only caveat besides bourbon is Absinthe, I have that covered

Previously MOT: Cables For Less
The last Bushmills I had was with @FLTWS from here a few years back and it was wonderful. I took him a bottle of Tarnished Truth bourbon, made in Virginia.Another reasonably priced whiskey while enjoying one of @Ripper2860's delicious jazz recommendations...

Good one! My wife ran over a stump with ours. BANG! She did a good job of it, broke quite a few things, bent the deck as well!Ugh. Waiting for parts to fix my tractor. Lawn mowing not a great subject. Nothing crazy but my son ripped off the grass deflector b

I have a number of friends and colleagues in Scotland (Scots all), and all of them (myself included) are of the opinion that Monkey Shoulder is a very good blended dram.Monkey Shoulder is highly rated in my area and very reasonable in price.![]()
