I removed the two screws on the backside and lifted the cover slightly off. The pulled on the knob. It did come off but it was with way too much force.
Florida BBQ?Had a 13 foot Gator in my backyard yesterday. Price of living in paradise I guess....
.... and you cannot lieSo... you like big gold knobs, eh.
... no ...Florida BBQ?
That big, gold knob is just plain bitchin'
Coopers was one of our favorites, they had one location in Blanco, a nice 20 minute hill country drive from our house.I knew so could pry the info out of you if I worked at it. After this I may try for Texas brisket. https://coopersbbq.com/welcome-to-the-online-store-main-page/?

So check out sweetmarias website. If you buy in 5# bags, you get excellent coffee at around $6-9 a pound. Green beans keep literally forever (practically). So I just roast 1/2 pound of caf, and 1/2 pound of decaf approx every 10 days; keeping the fresh roast in air tight lid containers. Given that the closes replacement already roasted is more like $13-15 a pound, you can do the maths. Thanks for this information. I have never thought of the ROI associated with home roasting. Roasted bean prices are rising significantly, while counterintuitively, the weight of a bag goes down. A bag used to be a true pound of 16oz, now a bag is 12oz.

Cheaper. More choices. Perfect roast to taste. Fresher. What’s not to like?
I now only ever buy roasted if I have a long run of weather where I can’t use my roaster out on the back screened porch. Roasting makes epic amounts of smoke. You can use it under a kitchen vent hood, but only if it’s a proper one venting directly outside, those over-stove combo microwave/stove fans will NOT cut it.
And take some chicken with you. It makes a good diversion.LOL! Nope, I turned around and went back inside. He was sunning him/herself. We have a lot of experience here, kinda like NC BBQ. We know a 13 ft gator when we see one. Tip for all you newbies. If being chased by a gator, don't try to out run it. You'll lose. Instead zig/zag and you'll have a much better chance..... LOL
In our lower yard. Crow going after eagle eating ex-possum. Wildlife everywhere! From our dining room window, this past Saturday. Good thing Mom likes foxes!
How does she appreciate Marilyn Manson?I have so much music I want to hear, and recommendations coming from so many directions that I tend to make my own choices for the most part. Often I am trying to let my wife enjoy it as well and she is not a fan of jazz. Fortunately we agree on other music. She is also a good sport if I demo Daft Punk and such.
