I prefer cat company.
My third cat, Dweezil. Very anti social and shy but he looks for me at bedtime just for five minutes of attention. IMG_7658.jpeg

Chili con carne with beans. What I had not seen till I hit Indiana was adding spaghetti. Or freaking chili over spaghetti lol.

Yeah and with the mound of white cheddar. There are many great ways to make chili, not just one.
This way was great for feeding three teenagers when mine were like 17,15, and 13 at the same time eating me out of house and home . They'd smash the whole 2 gallon pot.

On every device I tried it on. Which is as to be expected. What is unexpected and caused the irritation is to be asked to login multiple times on the same device.
I don't switch devices, but I use Qobuz with and without Roon, and *MAYBE* I have to log-in once every 3 months. In fact I've been busy with other stuff lately and didn't use Qobuz for 3 or 4 weeks, and was kinda surprised my session was still alive.

Something is odd in your config or settings, what you are experiencing is not inherent to Qobuz.

Okay, gurus of all things Schiit, home office question for you:

Thoughts on Modi Multibit + Sys fronting a single GHorn and Kef Q150s for near field on the desktop? Or is cheaper Modi good enough resolution here? Source is straight from Roon on a NUC.

Zero chance of headphones, and I have a handful of 6SN7s and 5692s available - but tube bypass via a switch is required, as it'll be background music most of the time.

Logic makes sense? Feel free to PM me if you've got less Schiit-centric ideas.

$350 to MAYBE $500 budget, as I still need to power my Vandys this year too!

Interestingly there was this in the comments section, though yeah if the speaker cones are behaving the way he describes when using the balanced ins it's concerning:

"While I have no doubt your speakers moved in and out, [attributing] that to DC doesn't make any sense. DC is a constant while the speakers were obviously getting something other than constant or they wouldn't be moving. It also seems highly, very highly, unlikely that the unit doesn't have any capacitors in the signal path that would block any DC, and besides a cartridge is incapable of generating DC so once again, whatever was going on it was not 'passing DC' because you weren't inputting any DC. More likely some subsonic feedback either physical or electronic that may or may not have been an issue with the phono stage."
In and out is normally an off-center drilled or edge-warped record, and the first thing to try is to enable the LF filter. In or out (and it stays there) is a DC offset and much more alarming.
