Cut outs predated the CD. A cut marked the album as overstock, sold at a discount.

Sometimes imperfections in packaging such as a scratch on the jacket would result in a reject for normal sales so cut the corner and sell through other methods such as mail-order. I used BMG/Columbia House in another century.

Yup, you turned me on to that combo. Still my favorite pairing in the Incubus. A worthy second fiddle is a graphite plate Chatham 6080 paired with Hytron 7A4's, your nicknamed "dirty girls" or something like that.

Uh I have to teach you about tubes again, will this never end? They were naughty girls, Sylvania single triode tubes with three hole plates geesh. Oh and stop showing old photos, I upgraded your Incubus to the second prettiest one I ever built as I recall. Speaking of which I have some tiger maple that puts all other to shame, best I have ever purchased.
