I think it would be neat to build one just to get a better sense of how the electronics of an amp work. How do you go about getting the parts for the build?

I for one am anxious to see what Vali 3 brings us with everything that the gents at Schiit have learned about it over the years.

I actually recently ordered my Vali2+, as Schiit had some B-Stock laying around. Ordered a bunch of tubes, only to find out that they sent me a Vali2++ in the package. I actually didn't immediately notice it. That CCCP tube sounds great, but I need that Vali2+, thankfully Schiit is correcting it

I think the Vali line is the most underrated product Schiit makes tbh.

"It's a balance to know how much to make, and when to stop. I expect Mjolnir 3 will continue as a "Tier 3" product, which means "we get another run going when the current one is sold." Which translates to "there will be periods of 2 or so months where it's out of stock." There's nothing really keeping us from making more, other than waiting for the custom transformers/chokes/chassis/etc."


I took the above statement from Jason as confirmation that the Mjolnir 3 will now remain in production, but it will be available for purchase only on a semi-regular basis.

I read that as meaning he’s leaning that way, but nothing is set in stone yet.

We're also debating this. The second run is pretty much sold out in advance of our shipping any. How does everyone feel about continuing this one, even though I said it was limited? Is that a cheat? Or just a logical response to a popular product?

I have been hoping this would become an ongoing product since I received mine the first week it came out. Totally OK if people have to wait for it for extended periods of time to be able to get one. Given the value proposition, the wait would be more than fair. Getting one after a long wait would be like finally getting your hands on an allocated bottle of Bourbon you always wanted

Including a hot poker on one's NAD. Or NADs, as the case may be.
