Today is September 1st, the 1st of the "...ber" months and it's officially the start of Christmas in the Philippines.
I work with a lot of folks over there, and today it's Green, Red and White as the dress theme and Xmas carols are already playing in the foyer of one of our buildings.

Yes a good reason to lay back in headphones for half an hour and then walk for a while, increasing steps throughout the day! Repeat until unable.
Getting older is a challenge but I intend to be able to walk well again. I miss the forest walks and beach excursions.
