I agree that the problem is greatly overstated. But in the example above, what tools do we have in place to stop it from happening. I’m guessing the only thing would be if the real person showed up to vote and an imposter had already done so??? Interested in hearing your thoughts.
There are a number of articles published (read e.g. Philip Bump) about statistical techniques that can identify some (but not all) problems.

Looking for feedback...... I’m currently running a Gungnir multi-bit through a Freya S(on loan from my dad) then to a Parasound Zamp v.3 and into a pair of Elac UB5 speakers. I’m thinking of getting a pair of Zu Omen Dirty Weekends, and Ragnarok 2 to drive them. This way I can return the Freya to my Dad and shift the Parasound to my desktop system. Am I giving any thing up by not holding onto the preamp for a while and getting a Vidar?
I would keep the Freya S around, and get an Aegir for those Zu speakers. Jason must have spilled a large amount of magic design dust onto the Aegir while he designed it...while the Ragnarok 2 is good, it is not magical (I own both Aegir and Ragnarok 2), and from what I have read, the Vidar is good, but not magical. Aegir (or Vidar) is less expensive than Ragnarok as well, it depends on what you have to do to keep the Freya around. 20 watts should be plenty of power for the Dirty Weekend.

Even I can see that this time, Peta has gone too far with the human/animal equality thing.
I know what you mean, I was talking with a PETA lawyer, when she stated "We protect anything that has eyes!". When I pointed out the fact that potatoes have eyes, she was NOT amused........

Well, it's definitely not much of a secret now. :unamused:

I don't remember seeing PETA protecting the zebras from the crocodiles. Pfft... lazy lawyers.

If I get a Loki+, would I be able to run it balanced between a Jot 2 and BF2?
