Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

Regardless of the supply chain issues, it seems to me that most products available from the US web site are available in 230v versions and with either a UK or Euro plug. That these are not shipped to the UK & Europe distributors is very odd. Whilst there are other countries that require 230v devices, I don’t think that’s the case with the mains leads. Do many countries outside of the UK and Europe require those plugs?
Singapore and Malaysia uses the UK style plug. I recall using a euro type in parts of South America.

'm having a problem getting the Modius to connect via USB on my Mac Mini. Any help would be appreciated. I explained the situation in this post in another sub forum:
https://www.head-fi.org/threads/help-with-schiit-modius-usb-input-please.953790/#post-16145482
I have a Mac mini (Late 2012) i7 QUAD Core running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and Modius works fine with USB. I also have a Mac mini (Mid 2011) i7 DUAL Core running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, I use this as a Roon Bridge in another room. If I get some time today I will plug my Modius into the USB of the (Mid 2011) and see if it shows up.
One thing I did notice in the specifications for the two mini's is that the (Late 2012) supports USB 3.0 and the (Mid 2011) only supports USB 2.0. Not sure this is relevant just an observation. I will comment on this thread with my findings.

I just plugged my Modius into the USB of the (Mid 2011) Mac mini and it came right up in the Sound Preferences. Make sure you are using the proper USB port on the Modius. Looking at the back of the unit the one on the far right (Number 7 in the manual) is ONLY for power, and the one that is second from right (Number 6 in the manual) is for USB Data and Power; make sure you are using this one. Good Luck.

So now your true colors are coming out: you're against recycling. Neanderthal.
Hey, I always try to be family friendly. Unless BBQ is involved in which case violence is permitted, of course.
You can't claim to be family friendly and brow-line shame at the same time.

Well, not exactly. Shortly after the BBQ war erupted, both sides ran out of bullets and switched to flamethrowers. The mob from Texas had bigger flamethrowers ('cause everything is bigger in Texas), and caught everything on fire, including the river. Only TX natives can catch water on fire. Well, except maybe aliens, but kinda the same difference.
It's what we use to start our smokers, it takes a lot to get mesquite to burn. The tree grows in an inferno.

I went looking for a map trying to find Kansas City or Memphis bar-b-cue listed, I suppose NC is on the map somewhere.

A little different than a triggering word "Blaupunkt".

Enzo Ferrari described the E-type Jag as the "Most Beautiful Car ever Made".

Here's a pix of a '71 Jag E-type drop head coup. Mine was silver.

I think that car would be gorgeous in any color, even Duke Blue. And from my perspective, that's a statement to end all statements.
