Mimby's on back order, but you may be right anyway. Suddenly the usb stopped working on my mimby yesterday. Chromebook just stopped recognizing it outta the blue. Coax and optical are fine.Modi 3+ (still $99 USD) has Unison. for sure, I looked inside my newly acquired b-stock unit, and there it was...
Note that board pics on Schiit.com still show the older non-plus-version Modi 3 (with CMedia USB interface chip).
maybe Modi Multibit+ (with Unison) will soon follow...maybe this wednesday when Mike is hosting.

Lol. Don’t get me started. Texans NEVER send beef north of the Red River. Just cheesy casinos so we can have a Sunday drive,I think 'burnt ends' is an apt description for all meat cooked in TX. Great beef, but it has to be sent to Oklahoma to be cooked properly.

Nah, all countries in the UN (that's all countries) signed an agreement to (internationally) use the alphabet for ordering if an alphabet is used.Only 36% it appears

Sorry to break your (and all who believed you) spiel there.
It would be impossible for an organisation which I worked for like doctors without borders to work without that sort of structures.
So guys... let's stop the hate PM's d'accord?

Welcome, and ... Great avatar!I'll definitely be joining in on the QA this Wednesday... and as far as BBQ goes - all the respect I have for Texas and it's take on BBQ i kind of lose due to Whataburger!
I might have said this before, but the reason it's called XXXX is that they can't spell "Beer" in Queensland.
EDIT: Don't get me wrong about XXXX, if I had to have a large-scale commercially brewed beer in Aus, this would be on the list.
Hope you won't be offended by this 'pommie humour' @Timster

Pretty much all the issues I have with iTunes relate to the metadata. Some people who create the original data have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Albums where all tracks are by the same artist are listed as compilations (typically greatest hits albums) as are albums which have tracks featuring other artists. Which invariably is not how the CD cover describes things.
Also, if iTunes treats an album as a compilation then it because that‘s what the metadata database they use says it is. All you have to do is change the metadata and iTunes will put the album in the correct place.
ITunes uses the Gracenote database, which is crowd-sourced. I have a lot of obscure indie CDS from the 80s, and I have submitted their metadata to gracenote. Usually I don't like doing work for free, because of course they turn around and sell what I've done for them, but in this case I have had a couple of occasions when my itune back up failed and I needed to re rip CDS. I was glad to have my work preserved somewhere out there with the correct data for my stuff.
But the quality is exactly what you would expect from randos on the web. Not Apple's fault (in this case).

You gotta keep up with the context. Admittedly, hard to do with a thread which moves as fast as this one. I guess that means you'll have to start ignoring your family and job and check in more frequently.
Lol!

Mike may have hidden talents.
I don't really watch talent shows, but in the news it was revealed that one of the Masked Dancers was Bill Nye the Science Guy, sooooooo, yeah. Hidden talents.
.
I spent a bunch of time recently reripping my CDs to ALAC, since they were previously done for the most part as 160 kbps (back in 2001, when I had more limited drive space). I decided to try dbpoweramp, and found the metadata on there was solid, for a wide range of stuff. They connect to 5 different providers and if something looks fishy, you can look through and pick the one that looks correct. It's $39, but also has a good (and fast) format converter, which I use to convert the whole library to various other formats with more limited storage (my truck prefers MP3, ipod AAC, etc), and some tools for (semi)automatically fixing messed up metadata on existing tracksITunes uses the Gracenote database, which is crowd-sourced. I would have been more impressed if it had been Lester (the giant rat) from Beakman's World.
