HD6xx's are a better sounding HP IMO, but don't have the bass or isolation, they are worth 100 more + some for sure. ...

You may want to checkout the Massdrop HD58X Jubilee. It has been reworked and is getting pretty rave reviews at a lower price-point than the HD6XX/650.

You will have to pay duties either way. Either the duty will be baked into the cost (buying from a Schiit distributor) or you will pay for it when it's shipped to Europe (Schiit direct). I have no idea what said duties are, and shipping one item will probably not be cheap, compared to when a distribuor orders in bulk, but in your case you should at least look into it further. FedEx in your home country should be able to tell you what the duties would be, or your countries customs service might be able to advise as well.
