The bike is a dream come true.

Haha, on-topic for this thread. I was traveling yesterday and saw this art exhibit at San Francisco airport (SFO Terminal 2).

Unfortunately it's beyond the security checkpoint (not accessible unless you're taking a flight), but worth checking out if you're passing through SFO. The SFO airport has rotating art exhibitions (often excellent) but most are in the open areas of terminals past security.

I live in a real city.
The cops are (as in the whole country) too stupid to see real crimes even when it hits them in the nuts.

Yeast question for @Pietro Cozzi Tinin
Do you have any preference or recommendation for the brewers/beer yeast from your dough recipe. I live out in the boonies and my small town grocery store only has instant and active dry, so I'm going to order off Amazon. I see some brewers yeast from Italy by a brand called "Molino Rossetto". Wondering if you have any suggestions.

That's a great question, and we need @Ableza to chime it, too.
He tried to make Pietro's crust recipe but had some trouble with the yeast...not rising correctly.
Just my little part to hep make a decent Italian pizza crust.

Oh, BTW, I like Schiit Audio gear as well...
