... or ETA mini closed ...
What would be a step up from the ETA for not too much additional $$?
I like the MiniC but I'm thinking Mjolnir3 needs better.

ROFL!!!

Patience is indeed a virtue, but it's also a huge PITA. I avoid it at all costs. 🤣
Being patient requires a steadfast commitment to doing nothing. My nervosa does not permit that.

Hey all,

It's been a while since we've done a SchiitrMeet.

That's at least partly because there's so much going on right now. Things are falling into place for a really, really interesting product launch later this year. And actually, it will be the second product launch this year that will have come about from a fan suggesting we do something (just in case you think we don't listen)!

So what will be talk about this SchiitrMeet? I'll catch you up on where we are on future plans, including our expansion in Texas. Also, please ask any questions you have about the Aegir 2 and Vali 3, the current product releases. And anything else you might have on your mind. So, yeah: Texas, new products, AMA.

SchiitrMeet March
Wednesday, March 27
6-9PM PST (GMT-8)

22508 Market Street
Newhall, CA 91321

If you're not in the area, you can watch here:

Telarc LP's were all the rage back in the late '70's. The 1812 Overture was recorded with real cannons, and you had 'arrived' if your turntable could actually track those grooves (with lesser 'tables the stylus would jump out of the groove and skip). Still have mine somewhere, although the cannon shot grooves are probably worn smooth (now that I finally have a turntable that could track them).
With Capriccio italien on the B side!

What I need to see from Schitt is a legit tube amp that can be produced in larger numbers over that of the Folksvagon (Folkvangr). Something beyond these pre-amps wit one or two tubes...I want a legit tube amp for my den. Schiit...I'm trying to give you my money ! I'm trying to buy new gear after spending the last few months selling alot of my gear off.
.
Why does the number produced matter?

I still have my copy. Back when it was new I played it on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Mayware Formula 4 arm, Denon 103S cartridge with Denon step-up transformer. Played the cannon shots with no problem.

I'll have to dig that album out again. I'm sure it will sound even better with all the Schiit gear in my system now.

My two favorite pieces from Tchaicovsky. Capriccio Italien is stunning. The 1812 was one of my Grandma's favorites.

Look what's out on Qobuz today:

OMG!!! I signed up for Qobuz and am listening to this. If you are into jazz and want an exceptional music experience you must listen. I'm working the Yggy, MJ3 and the MEze Empyrean IIs and it is magic. And from 1971. Like a visitor from the dead.

Come to Oregon. Smells like pot everywhere. 😒
I have two grows in my holler, one about a half mile up the road. The skunk smell gets pretty bad at certain times of the year. I had a third illegal Chinese grow across my creek behind me. I was huge, owned by the same cartel as three other ex farms in the area. They sold black market in other states. They finally got busted in a big raid one morning last year and it's sitting empty and for sale. That was a smelly one. Yay Oregon.

Yup! Copyright date of 1979 on the back cover. Telarc did quite a few recordings with Kunzel conducting the Cincinnati Symphony, and all of them very enjoyable.
