I can't set up a crowd funding page but I will definitely donate to one that's established. And I don't think you should limit yourself to 4K euros, if a greater amount is raised. I can't imagine you not being able to easily find a good use for it with your contacts in Ukraine.

Let's see what happens. I have no one for a setup still but things can change.
Ukraine needs heroes and maybe one of us will be one.

No amps! Urd - Bifrost - Syn - 5x JBL (I think?) active speakers + a subwoofer

You could just get a Freya N . The 6N23P tube is listed as one that is suitable for the Noval version of Freya.
