I, personally, have never known a CD player to not have gapless playback. I would find that really weird....

Don't know if it would help. I seem to be 23 days behind now. I do happen to know that Jason has dropped his chapter on Syn and I know what it is thanks to getting the marketing email from Schiit. So it's been fun reading all the speculation. I remain committed to slogging / plodding along and refuse to time travel and read the new chapter or reviews and impressions

After a focused effort, neglecting work, skipping naps and meals, skimming posts, ignoring youtube links, ignoring all other Schiit threads and more, I now find myself 15 days behind. I don't know if I can keep this up.
Sometime a couple months ago this thread took off like a falcon heavy. The percentage of quality audio content is astounding, unprecedented and, frankly, disturbing.
@Jason Stoddard please stop introducing new, innovative, provocative and game changing devices. I beg you! Ok... Just kidding. It's not really about me...
I look forward to reading about the recent Schiit Meet!

Kudos to Harmony for supporting old gear they don't sell any more. I am going to be sad when they change their mind and stop. All my gear can be controlled ("smartly") by a variety of Harmony remotes, and iPhone apps.
