If you’re selling mostly headphone based system or Schiit in particular this site is very good. I have sold $30k worth at least on here.
I love F1, I have been watching since I can remember ('73?) when Jackie Stewart was King

  1. I have Ayrton Senna stuff on my desk
  2. I still watch every race...
But:
  • Best car usually wins
  • Stupid stewards, penalties, race directors get in the way of a race
  • Too many politics (the team that whines the best wins)
  • Too much cheating (see above)
  • Too expensive (try getting tickets for Vegas GP)
So, while it still has issues NASCAR is way more competitive and they know how to provide entertainment
I was interested in attending the Miami Grand Prix last year. I wanted to go to the race but the only options were to buy a ticket to the entire weekend. I believe that they wanted $700+ for a single ticket (not counting associated fees and taxes). This was not from a resale site, but from Miami Grand Prix itself.... Nope, not for me..

I like my gas cooker, but am becoming more interested in induction cooktops having tried a few. Very responsive, even more than gas. If I had to replace my stove right now, I'm not sure which I'd pick. And yes to having hot enough pans. I think it's scares people so they don't push hard enough with the heat when needed.
I like induction fine, but always afraid I’m going to put a cast iron down too hard and break it.

The things that make restaurant food taste better: shallots, LOTS of butter, way more salt then you think you need, and screaming hot pans for searing proteins.

Now they're saying that char causes cancer...! That figures, as the crispy burnt stuff tastes the best...! :fire:

Searing Proteins... weren't they an arthouse band from the 90s?

Or you can do it at home. With good ventilation, as you noted.
