While I realise that video was "tongue in cheek" it is not true Kiwi accent.  To me (a kiwi since birth) it sounds more somewhere between South African and Australian.  However, it is always a humorous point of difference.  We do actually have a real TV ad for "Deck stain" that more subtly plays on the double-entendre. Another common source of confusion in the accents is "six" - "sex" - "sax".  It's all about that "i" and "e" vowel sound.
