An excellent explanation. I run specific Class A cathode follower amps all the time with and without loads. One has a load right now since I got most of the parts back from Finnegan for Bill's amp so I have to see if it still works. It mostly does. :beerchug: It would sound much better if I had some proper scotch to enjoy with it.
That almost sounds like a hint, but I know you're usually more direct. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

My Mundorfs have probably 1500 or so hours on them, so they're about halfway burned in. I should probably take them out and put 'em on the Cable Cooker to speed up the process. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
I did add some additional wire inside your amp case since it is now the size of a Buick so it will be months before said wire settles in.🤪

LOL! So how many coat hangers did you have to cut up? I'll send replacements along with the Richards Wild Irish Rose. 😂

I may have already asked, and forgotten, but which Mundorf's...? I'm a fan too. Doing a speaker recap this weekend, with Supreme EVO Oils.🙂

The EVO Silver/Gold Oil. I think that's right....Mundorf's naming conventions give me a headache. 🤣

I want to try those in my Saga. Using EVO Oil caps now, which were a huge upgrade.
There are a couple types of those I like to use, very good caps IMHO. Both are silver and gold oil filled as I recall.
