Oh please let this have a tube pre! This and my Yggy are all I want for my Birthday next year!

Rag 2 full boat is a (production) Ragnarok 2 with Multibit DAC module and MM phono pre-amp modules installed.

I'd like a Yggy for my birthday too, but i'm not so greedy so the GS will be just fine

Speaking of adding a subwoofer to a 2 channel setup, my solution was to use a mixer: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00102ZN40
I split off the DAC, with L & R going into two channels of the mixer, and the output goes to the sub.

Anyone find a cheaper or higher quality solution?

I have Jotunheim with True Multibit DAC and a Modius DAC. I prefer the Modius, Schiit Unison USB may have a little to do with this.

Are you using the TrueMultibit TM in balanced mode? I find the Modius is bright through my Jot 3.

The module only has 1 DAC chip of the same kind as found in Modi Multibit; Bifrost 2 has two DAC chips of the kind found in Gungnir Multibit (or, well, a slightly lesser version of that chip.)

Bifrost 2 also has its own power supply, whereas the module needs to draw from the amplifier’s. Similarly, the additional real estate inside Bifrost 2’s chassis allows for a better / more complex output stage.

I run in both depending on the Headphones I select. I should be receiving my Jot 2 today, time will tell if I still prefer the Modius.
