Schiit Asgard2, Matrix M-stage or ifi iCan?

Hi, i just want upgrade my portable amp(arrow 4g) to a desktop amp, i have tohugh about these three.
-Schiit Asgard2
-Matrix M-stage
-Ifi iCan

I wan a warm amp, neutral but the bass needs to be present.
The headphones im going to use it are Denon D2000 and Fidelio x1, and Sony mdr1r, but this is portable...

My máx budget will be 250$, if you know another amp in that price range that is better thant that 3 please say me.

I cannot tell you I know of the headphones that are in your current inventory, but the asgard 2 is a high quality, well built, and good looking amp with transistor versatility and should be compatible with almost any headphones out there.  Some of the reviews here are tainted because of teething problems months ago when iffy components were sent by suppliers to the manufacturer.  This has been fixed.  If this had not happened it would probably show a 100% like factor.
 
If you don't like the sound with a particular headphone while using this amp, then it is probably the headphone that you don't like.
