I just got my schiit asgard ( 1 week ago) and i love it with my cans but is it normal that there is some hum in the background when using iems? I'm using RHA MA-350 with it is it because these are to sensitive? Or is there something wrong with my amp?

That is completely normal.  Schiit even tells you straight up that IEMs are not recommended for their amps.  The Asgard has a hum that is noticeable with IEMs.

I do not.  But I've read great things about it.

I listened to an O2, well, O2/ODAC combo, for a couple hours today.  I was very impressed, especially for the price.  Absolutely zero noise through my JH7's...

I've listened to a pair of Ety ER4P and Audeo PF232 on my O2 with no hum or noise what so ever.  The improvement is subtle over no amp but it is noticeable.  Not worth carrying the amp around in my opinion but sitting at home, why not squeeze a little better sound out of an IEM.
