I really enjoy the crossover jazz/prog/electronica of Jaga Jazzist. The last album One Armed Bandit is a classic.

If Kari Bremnes hasn't been mentioned, she most certainly belongs on the list of top Scandinavian female singers, although not quite as jazzy as others, more a hybrid folk/jazz sound, but certainly worth a listening session

So far I tried these, where the one in blue is the one I liked and in green not:

Nils Landgren "The Moon, The Stars and You" - I like this album very much and the arrangements are fantastic.

Chris Minh Doky "Scenes From a Dream" -  Very good CD, great performance.

Jan Johansson "Blues"-  very good performance, but his style is not my thing

Jaga Jazzist -  some samples/tracks from their website, which I found pretty nice, but dont think it will be my thing, but the originality is top notch

Kari Bremnes "Fantastic Allerde" - good voice, but her style and music didnt move me
