Is the 45 SE?, how compares to Arya? After months of comparing. Listening to the Tres 45. Trying eqs and finally finding the eq that is 100% on point. I have to say it. The Tres has made me sell so many cans and iems. Only a few have stayed but I may even let them go. The Tres have some of the best low end I have ever heard. It's so intense yet so clean and fast. It has amazing mids full of emotion, detail and again being powerful. Treble is amazing. Raw detail, clarity, heaps of air and never gets fatiguing. Soundstage and imaging is some of the best I've heard. Dynamics are great. Would I classify them as some of the best headphones under $1000USD? Hell yes. Maybe even $1500USD. I can't express how good these are. Every time I listen to them, I just don't want to take them off. HD800s, Arya and many others may have more soundstage. Or bass slam, maybe more forward mids. But they lack elsewhere. Not the Tres. The Tres has it all. @SashaLach I feel you have made a potential endgame headphone here. If there are nitpicks. It would mainly be, improve build. Try to make the Tres that bit more pro feeling. But truthfully, no day goes by where I don't listen to them. And what's crazy is they scale the better the gear is. I can't wait for your next project. But you have a follower for life. Me.

To me it's difficult to see what should or could better at Tres SE.
There's no need for eq at all.
Sound is 100% perfect as it is.
It's all about that everything is so well balanced together. The whole.
Headphone for the lifetime.

It took two months of waiting but now they are here!
These have a little thinner membrane than original SE.
Sound?
It just stopped me breathing almost.Very natural, calm and beautiful sound. Resolution is stunning but you don’t even notice it. It’s there but not on your face. There’s nothing, nothing to complain with the sound. Just perfect in every way to my ears.

Another Aune + Sash Tres SE combo! Im on S6 Pro myself, Love it.
You didn’t pay custom fees?Got my Tres SE yesterday currently formulating full opinions but so far... Extremely positive. These have such good dynamics and details it's insane and for a full price of $530 USD (1 Month build time + 3 weeks shipping) these have to be one of the bests things I've heard ESPECIALLY for the price.

To my ears Tres SE has just right amount of bass, naturally. It's perfect. Finally transformation completed!
Who said Sash Tres SE didn’t have enough bass?
With some damping modifications and Hydrasound Next Headphone Cablehttps://www.hydrasound.hu/Hydra-Next-High-End-fejhallgato-kabel (got it on black friday prices), the bass is TREMENDOUS! While still improving the tres textured clarity and extra wide soundstage.

I have Fiio FT1 if i want elevated bass.
True, for most people it has enough bass, but for me it needs more. I'm the type of person who likes to change genres when listening to music. For some of the music I listen to, I think the Tres need more bass. Right now, the tres is perfect if i am left with tres as my only pair of headphones. To my ears Tres SE has just right amount of bass, naturally. It's perfect.

Don't worry; Croatia is about the same. VAT 25%, customs another 10% + shipping.here in Chile is around 30%, crazy high
But that's not bad, even with all the extras, if you calculate how much other manufacturers charge for their headphones.
I am not less impressed with the build quality and design than with the sound itself.
How much does ZMF charge for their cheapest model?
SASH Tres SE is still noticeably cheaper with all the extras.
Cheers!

Sash Tres SE gives soundquality which is equal or better than 1000-2000€ headphones, so the 25,5%VAT and taxes doesn’t bother me at all.
Soundquality all in all is exeptional. I have a normal thinner membranes at mine, dunno how much that affects soundquality.
For me Tres is endgame headphone, no doubt about it.
It has every features that i admire at headphone. And nothing to dislike. Nothing.
It’s still mystery to me how it is possibly to have so much resolution and other fine features but still not disturbing musicality and ”fun factor”.
The whole is just

Yes, to my ears the tres can easily compare to no less than the hifiman HE 1000 in both subjective preference and objective technicality, and the HE 1000 is considered as the end-game headphone for many!Sash Tres SE gives soundquality which is equal or better than 1000-2000€ headphones, so the 25,5%VAT and taxes doesn’t bother me at all.

I ordered mine Tres SE yesterday, but many orders are on the queue that production start in March..... so I need a lot of patience, for me my endgame until now is the Monolith M1570, great fun headphone, great bass, mids and treble, for me better than Arya, Empyrean and Z1 which I owned and sold them because don't give that "magic pleasure" when you listen it. Hope That Sash Tres SE overcome my Monoliths in that aspect, (M1570 with EQ BTW).Yes, to my ears the tres can easily compare to no less than the hifiman HE 1000 in both subjective preference and objective technicality, and the HE 1000 is considered as the end-game headphone for many!
I suggest not to get your hopes up too high if you are a bass head because the sash tres has neutral bass in terms of quantity, everything else is exceptional, especially the way they resolve the mids. But you can always use the eq to boost the bass and you can see some users using the tres with eq with satisfactory results.I ordered mine Tres SE yesterday, but many orders are on the queue that production start in March..... so I need a lot of patience, for me my endgame until now is the Monolith M1570, great fun headphone, great bass, mids and treble, for me better than Arya, Empyrean and Z1 which I owned and sold them because don't give that "magic pleasure" when you listen it. I own both the M1570 and SASH Tres 45 ohm (not the SE). I would rank the SASH above the Monolith, mainly based on its ability to deliver lush, organic sounding mids and bass while still having impeccable bass control. The M1570 by contrast has a somewhat more rough-and-tumble character - still a fun headphone but not quite up to the same standard IMO
