I'll be there.

All the interesting stuff I have to offer to bring is a generic HD600, and a HD280. Boring, I know.

How do we work the software? I could take all my favorite test tracks, and put them together in a CD in MP3 format (something like VBR averaging at 300 or 400 kbit/s), for all the DACs and computer-based players. And bring a stack of audio CDs, maybe even burn a compilation CD with only interesting tracks.

actually, a stock hd600 will be great to have there. we'll have two different woodied versions, so your stock will give us a "control" to compare the difference each woody makes to the cans (looks and sound).

Along similar lines, I have an HD280 with the blu-tak mod, and could bring it so we can A-B it with your unmodded 280. I bought the 280 modded and have never heard the unmodded version, so it would be sort of interesting for me.

cool, thanks for the offer. i'll take you up on that as soon as I know for sure wether or not I can go (my schedule changes every 5 weeks and august is a while away)
