Yes. That's why i'm still using the Shure SE846. No closed headphone I have tried sounded good to me. So I'm excited about this news if Nomax is correct (I think he's right since he was correct about the AKG K812)

And don't forget about the SPL PHONITOR 2 lol

In case of new Technology the AKG'S new N90Q or SENNHEISER'S HD ...
I think the AKG's will makes this year the run

REGARDS NOMAX

PS.but a real Masterpice will come later this year in October, but not from sennheiser and not from Akg

Well actually, there are two, both being German, although the last time one of them released a high end flagship it was... not exactly well received...

Then again that other company seems more or less irrelevant nowadays here on Head-fi for the most part...

Pretty sure one of the companies is Beyerdynamic (correct me if I'm wrong). The other...pretty sure everyone knows how bad they are, so might as well, keep it as it is.

P.S. But a real Masterpice will come later this year in October, but not from Sennheiser and not from AKG.

Could this be Sony's near-mythical "The King" flagship that was teased as 'coming in 2015' late last year?!

I was talking about companies that have the precedence of releasing $1000+ flagships of course.

German Maestro
MB Quart

Don't MB Quart just sell German Maestro headphones?
Or rather, isn't one just the parent company of the other?
