What I'm looking for is something very similar to the RS1i sound signature IN an IEM. (Preferrably without putting a "hole" in my wallet)
 
OR
 
For anyone not familiar with the sound signature I'm referring to (Big lows and Big highs) 
 
So, something similar to a Triple Fi 10 but "better". 
 
 
I need recommendations.

You could try the Dunu 2000? I haven't heard the RS1i but the Dunu's seem to not have the dip in the vocal range that most iem's seem to have. They don't have a big hump in the midbass but seem to go pretty deep. They sound similiar to my AKG 702 Anniversaries and my speaker setup. Some people seem to find them sibilant but I don't so far.
