Does anyone know about this receiver or Rotel receivers in general? I was going to buy the new Denon 3803 but ran across the Rotel at a higher-end dealer. The Rotel is supposed to be more musical than the Denon, although with fewer bells and whistles.

Any knowledge about Rotel would be appreciated.

Well I have a Rotel cd-player, the RCD-971 and it is quite good. It is built like a tank for the for the price and it sounds good although it can be a bit bright. I have had no trouble with it
