x2. got a message tonight.  Had to drive an hour from college back at my house just so I can be here tomorrow to sign when fedex comes and then drive an hour back to college in hoops of making my accounting class

I got my phones yesterday and they sound nice though too much bass for my tastes.

I got my phones today.  they have a malfunction (the left driver makes a buzzing sound) and there is no bass.  Denon never fails to impress me

As an update I did a partial markl mod to the Denon's and it tamed the bass a bunch and I added some extra damping fiber as well. The resulting bass is tighter, faster, and has less body (that's a good thing!). This in turn lets the mids shine through.
