Very sad news, RIP.

Point Break was one of my favorites.

Sure, there was "Ghost", "Dirty Dancing", "Point Break", "Too Wong Foo...", etc, Not to mention SNL with Chris Farley. However, my best memory of Mr. Swayze was his performance in a mid 90s family film called "Three Wishes"....no fights or dancing, just straight acting....and he was damn good in it. Thank you for all the joy you've brought us.

damn...his death was sudden.....few weeks back only i was reading about his show 'the beast'


and his movie 'ghost' was one of those movies which nearly made me cry......not to mention the scene where he is making a pot with demi moore...is one of the sexiest scenes in a movie.

Yeah, I heard about it this morning on the radio. They said he refused to take painkillers on the set because he felt they would take the edge off his performance.

I certainly hope he did not suffer in the end, lasting 20 months following diagnosis is significant for pancreatic cancer. Most do not make it six months. Sad news indeed.
