The problem with the heaven 2 is the comfort, i have to push them quite deep into my ear. and play around with the angle to get the best sound of it.  Completely understand with your custom tips solution.

That was always my problem. They do stick out quite a bit with custom tips though. Also I'll just say, I didn't pay anything for the tips as they are from a new company I am working with.

That snugs company sounds really sketchy. Do they train students how to make custom ear tips at £127 each? Think I'd rather pay a pro outfit to be honest. YMMV

Having read the website I'm very unconvinced of this. Aren't you the guy who was selling review RHA IEMs as well?
Personally I don't fancy ordering from a company doing the whole join our team full time/part time. Looks a bit of a student blag. Just my opinion, but isn't somewhere I will be spending my hard earned cash. I'd want some unbiased and non employee recommended opinions first.

I don't write paid reviews.

Also, i do not work for snugs or anything, I met the owner at hifiheadphones who offered to make me a pair for review. I write about them as a product not what was paid or not paid in the case of a sample.

I will tell you that the owner of the company is not a college student, and also they are made to be appealing to all, including the general public. Snugs have been in the Independent's section of what to buy.

Where you spend your money is your decision, I am not telling you to buy them. I am just saying that if you want custom sleeves from the UK, there is Snugs, ACS and other companies, it is up to each individual to choose which company they go with.

Do not bash a company you have never dealt with.

Also this is the Heaven II review thread, which was also a sample as are most of my headphones, I always try to be honest in my reviews, if you think i am biased, that is fine, not everyone will agree with my reviews, and I always disclose if they are a sample or not.

I'm not bashing, I'm stating an opinion. I also didn't say the owner was a student, but they appear to use student labour.
You stated:

So I apologise, youre not working for snugs, but with them.
My opinion is that and that alone, I would rather buy ear related equipment from specialists, not entrepreneurial companies dipping in and out of different businesses.
I believe on an open forum one is allowed an opinion.

Why aren't these getting more attention? All the reviews I can find are glowing and they seem to be available. Amazon has them for 99 dollars. At that price, just based on reviews, they could top the re400s as the best sub 100 IEM.

Xiaomi Piston 2 at ~30$ beats Heaven II quite easily.
It's hard to find the real ones though - many people end up with the fakes.

For a really great sound, you should go up to Heaven IV.

Love the mids on these, really addictive! Tried the Heaven IV & V and although overall they are superior, the mids aren't as forward and pleasing as with the II's.
And if you don't care for/ don't need the subbass and the higher resolution you get in the higher tiered FAD HV's, then these are perfect!
Bass is nice and quick with decent impact like I like it.

I have noticed a bit of sibilance which is weird since ostewart declared there was none... Hopefully burn in will tone them down a little...

@Ostewart: Are you amping them out of a Fiio X3? Using iPod+E11, but thinking of getting a Fiio X5 which shouldn't require an amp from what I hear...
