By all means post away. I would definitely want to know about your experience with this person if I was about to deal with him. He can always respond and you could always retract the information if you are satisfied with his explanation.

Here would be a good spot, I think. You probably also should post in the user's feedback thread about this situation. Perhaps you should even post in his other for sale threads to warn potential victims.
 
I don't think you are jumping the gun at all. After so many days, he should have at least sent you a reply.

Name him,even if there is nothing wrong it is just plain bad manners to ignore your requests.
 
Which in my eyes makes him bad to deal with full stop.

I'd put it in his feedback thread. Though I wouldn't accuse him of ripping you off quite yet. Stick to the facts - you agreed to a trade, performed your side, and have no contact or update for several days.
