Of course they are but that doesn't mean that they have to be run that way or that that is the best way of running them.

That is true, but a "good" dictatorship will allow the citizens to voice grievances, even if they refuse to act on them. A society will collapse into revolt or anarchy if its citizens are not allowed to blow off steam (not saying this board would, just societies).

Great topic here - I think it would be an excellent idea for Head-Fi to create a new category for Ideas & Suggestions, to also include rants and raves, sound-off's, whatever - with the standard disclaimer that it will not tolerate flame wars, slanderous behavior, etc... but then again that would be cutting out some of the fun
