Hello, how's it going? I recently got a pair of Hippo 10EBs, and unfortunately the medium sized red tip that came with it had a slice or rip in it. Does anyone know where I can get replacement tips for it? It still works alright like it is, but I'm worried it'll come apart upon further use. I wouldn't mind having additional tips in the future anyways. Are there any non-hippo tips that I can buy that I can use on them? I really like the red and blue silicon too, if possible. Also, I did email Jaben, where I ordered them, but haven't heard back. They never replied to an earlier email either about the order, either, so I'm not very hopeful there.
