I am looking at buying some TF10s in the next few weeks, and from what I understand, they have a removable cable. I sometimes wear my IEMs run under my shirt, then when I take them off they just hang off my collar. Is there any chance that the IEMs could get caught on something and fall off the cable? Or are they securely fastened?

Those don't come out that easily but there is always a chance. Just be careful with them, especially if you're spending more than 200$
