Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for a budget (<$125) portable amp to pair with a Fiio X5 gen 2 and Mee Pinnacle Px IEM (Massdrop version of Pinnacle P1). Most reviews use IEMs with lower impedance (the Pinnacle's impedance is 50 ohms).

Maybe check out a FiiO A5 and see what you think. It has a robust power output and should have no issues driving the 50-ohm Pinnacle PX.

There is also the Cayin C5 same power and a friend likes the bass boost better so if that is a preference then a maybe.
