So I've sorted out the fact that I probably need DAC.

Initially I was looking at the more portable USB DACS/AMPs like the iBasso D3 and UHA-3, but I realized I was paying premium for portability, something I don't really need.

I'm looking for a good desktop USB DAC/ AMP combo. My budget is $200 (a little bit over doesn't matter). Looking for something to compliment my ATH-AD900s.

If I don't find a good desktop DAC/AMP, I'll probably just go back and buy a iBasso D3. But I'm sure there are at least a few good desktop USB DACs righttttt?!

For a little bit more, it looks like you should go with the Audio-GD Compass, which has been seeing very positive feedback. Haven't heard it myself, though, so I can't comment on it.
