A prescription medication leaves me sleepless a lot of the time - so I find myself wanting to sleep prone and my sides. Right now, I'm half-sleeping while wearing a K701 most of the night; the ample pads are almost comfortable. 
 
The problem is that I find IEMs and ear buds really uncomfortable. What headphones can I wear that would be really comfortable whether laying on my back and sides? Is it too much to ask that they also sound good?
 
This is a tough, tough problem. Any advice (aside from sleeping medications) is greatly appreciated.

i fall asleep all the time when reclining on my couch listening to my HD650's. i can't picture any fullsize headphone working when laying on your side though.
