What would be better...?

Yamaha RX-V371 with 100mV/470Ω

Impedance is resistance, measured in Ohms.

Receiver's headphone jacks usually have a high impedance (Ohms), and the Denon AH-D2000 is only 25-Ohms.
and you really want to use with the AH-D2000 a headphone output with a low impedance, like 3.125-Ohms or less.
You want the headphone impedance to be 8 times or more of the headphone output jack's impedance.
The O2 (Objective 2) portable headphone amplifier ($155) comes with a low impedance of under 1-Ohm.
The O2 can function like a normal AC powered desktop head amp.

The Fiio E11 portable headphone amplifier ($51) has an impedance of under 1-Ohm

Doing this will i keep an original sound from my sound card but amped?

The Xonar DX is a good sound card, not great at driving headphone.
So plugging any external headphone amplifier into the Xonar DX is a great combo.
