Hi All,
 
I am thinking of getting my Grado 325is recabled and having the big fat jack replaced with a little fella...was just wondering if anyone else out there has done this and if they have any recommended shops in the U.S. for the job (preferably California). I was thinking along the lines of Moon Audio or one of those guys...
 
Any thoughts on what cabling would be good too .

I feel like this would go in the cable forum... but I could definitely see it applying here in terms of shortening the cable to around 4~5 feet for portability and getting that thick cable replaced with a more ergonomic and manageable one with a 1/8'th inch jack.  
 
I would say a place to check would Chris_Himself's cables as he does retermination for Denon's and has a horde of Grado's.  I'd be surprised if he wasn't willing to reterminate yours for a very fair price.
