Hi I have grado sr225s with perfect drivers and cord. I was wondering if any of you knew how much it would cost to replace the rest? The housing (holds the drivers) broke off of the metal sticks and is apoxied back on. Also, the plastic square with L on it keeps coming off the headband which is really annoying. I don't know how, but overall it has become very asymmetrical. If its not too expensive, I would like to refurbish them. If pics would help, let me know. A rough estimate would do.

What id do is buy some ear muffs, and replace the cotton padding with grado drivers. You'd look less ridiculous.

Call up Grado and tell them what is broken. They will replace the headband assembly for free if it is still under warranty. If not, I think it will cost around $40 or so.
