One set, you could understand as being used. But there's nine.

I'd assume fake. Why else would the price be so low and why would you have nine sets of "brand new" headphones but not have the original packaging?

It's possible that they're the real thing, but the situation looks off enough to me to walk away from this one.

Obviously, photos can't be trusted.

You could buy them and assume that you have the right of return if you see they're not real - but then the onus is on you to prove to eBay/PayPal that they're fakes.
