Looks pretty good! I would add more beef. The onions you cooked are perfectly cooked. The bread looks good too. You could substitute liver with the steak and make a delicious liver sandwich. It would go well with the onion.

I could do without the lettuce and tomato. The ribeye sandwich they make at my school is one of the best sandwiches I know of. ribeye, onions, provolone, onion straws, and placed inside two pieces of garlic bread. It's amazing.

Great pictures, by the way.
