last movie that i saw was knocked up.

i have to say that it wasn't nearly as bad as i had expected. the cast was very believable and the plot simple and riddled with details to make the story interesting. definatly worth the time to watch the movie however not worth the money to rent it and not worth the time it takes to walk it home from blockbusters. 6.679/10.1

Scarlet Diva - 10 No-frills, low-budget, and just plain stunning. Asia Argento is apparently pretty whacked, but in good ways. It even had a proper disturbing-and-somber-but-kind-of-happy ending, instead of the standard big studio super-duper-happy ending that has ruined the watching of many a movie.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall - 8/10 some parts were extremely funny. I need to see Knocked Up now.

There Will be Blood. 7/10

Not the film I expected. Was thinking it would be some grisly revenge story for some oil prospecting take over gone wrong. But instead it was a sort of biopic, with large jumps in years and a discordant soundtrack. Something I'd expect to see Malcolm MacDowell starring in from the 1970s.
Daniel Day Lewis was very good, nevertheless.

I bought Starship Troopers III and watched it the other night. It was far better than the second movie, which was seriously bad, and more like the first movie. However, it lacked the satirical edge, and was played straight, and grim. Jolene Blalock was in it, along with her usual one-note acting. At the end of the movie, the Mobile Infantry appears as Heinlein had it in his novel, so many years ago.

If you hated ST II, go see this.
