I forgot that my telephone was in my pocket when I jumped in the pool yesterday. I have been drying it since. So far I already have got a working screen.

I also washed my samsung blackjack phone that is on my pocket using a washing machine and now its totally dead, so youre not alone

I dried them. The Etys were fine, but the player was zapped.

I saved my sister's nano from the wash this way.

One of my Sansa e250 went through the wash. I opened it up and put in on top of my Rotel amp for a week to dry out. It worked fine but the lithium battery was toast.

Don't turn it on, and throw it in a vacuum chamber. Leave it there for a few days. It might still work.

My old nokia 8210 (which is very, very old - bought it in '99) went through washing machine, freshwater, saltwater dips, as well as drop from 2nd floor onto concrete X4, and thrown across the room few times as well. It still works!
