I'm not sure what is causing this problem but i notice these random noises coming out of my headphone. I know it's not the tubes because i changed them and it still happens.
 
The noises sound like small electric motor, pink noise, static and buzzing sound mainly on the left channel. Does not increase with volume changing. Turn the dac off with amp on and it's still there. Turn the amp off with dac on and it disappears
 
I have a GD Audio NFB3.1 and Darkvoice 336SE.
 
Does anyone know what is problem is? Is the the caps in the amp?

Bad solder joint? Dirty tube socket, Poorly designed/ implemented power supply? Failing cap? Could be lots of things.

Well i moved house and after moving it was fine for a few days until yesterday was when the problem started. I'm thinking soldering or cap related problem.
