hi all, 
 
i have Radius DDM in ear headphones,  yes i am a BassHead
i am using them for a year, and theese are my first in ear somewhat high end IEM.
 
to improve the sound quality (may be more deep basses )  should i use them with Fiio E11?  will it dramatically improves the sound quality ?
 
i am using these with mobile phone (now Lumia 920 but will be Note3 soon)   and Laptop.
 
the media i use are mostly 320 Kbps Mp3 audio.

E11 will it make improvments, yes, dramatically improve  sound quality IMO no.
 
but do elaborate on Dramatically improve sound quality in what sense?
 
i would also recomend  higher bitrate like lossless. i feel with lower bitrate mp3 files they can have a effect on the sound quality of your music, effecting the highs mids lows....im not saying you need to switch it all over, but just saying lossless seems to be a more definitive sound quality file.

i am usually using this because it is easy to find.
