joe, for all I know you may be right and this thing is just a total rip off. I contacted a radiohead collector in england and he said he has heard one and noticed no difference in the sound, he believes that the japanese version is superior in sound, which from what I have heard is often the case with japanese released material as opposed to domestic stuff....

On another note, my friend's sister brought back some illegal dvds from her trip to hong kong. It was simply amazing.

They look like REAL dvds, with menus, labels, etc. Not that big of a deal, I know. But when you find out the price she paid, and that they include dts/dd sound,

amazon.com has the japanese versions of "pablo honey" and "the bends" but be prepared to pay top dollar for them...
