Are the D22 Pads the same material as the D66? the D66 pads make me sweat.. too hot!!!

No, they're vinyl. Stickier than the D66 pads. I'm not sure whether the D66 pads were hotter (due to cloth insulating more) or the D22 pads are hotter (due to sealing by sweat. urr). Either way Eggos can become pretty hot in summer because they are closed and not large volume.

That is why Eggos now have a place in my collection as winter portable cans.
