Is there a player on the market with touch screen interface that sounds as good if not better than the Questyle QP1R with current mode? I have enjoyed this player for many years and also used it with optical output as a music server for my home headphone system but hate the user interface. What is really a good portable player with optical out to replace my beloved QP1R??

Hi All.
I am in a dire need of your assistance. I got a unit of QP1R and its internal storage chip (it is a Samsung 32Gb emmc chip) is fried. I do have a means and ability to perform bga soldering and so I did remove it with a hope to be able to get some data from it. I have tried a basic emmc via SD protocol with a help of some adapter and direct pin soldering but with no luck. Unfortunately I do not have capabilities to go directly to NAND protocol.
Moreover, I do know that the unit is otherwise operational. For the test I have soldered know good emmc and the Qp1R does rise. And to my surprise is even recognised by Windows as an USB bootable device, what would suggest the bootloader and a processor is intact.
With this introduction I have a question. Does anyone have ability to make a dump of internall storageof their unit and will be willign to share it? I did contact the Questyle, but as a lot of people here i got no feedback, and that is why I am reaching out here. I also tried to get some insight into the firmware from update files but also with no luck.
PS. If this is not the propper place for this post feel free to redirect or contact me so I can change the placement on my own.
Best Regards to all
Update 26.02.2025:
With great amaze I did receive response from Questyle with full firmware and deploying tools. I will try to perform the procedure today and hopefully will regain the QP1R
Update `17.03.2025:
With the help from tech support and an old PC with Windows 7 I got the unit operational
