Question: What/When/Is AKG releasing a NEW top-of-the-line headphone?

sennheiser and grado just released headphones around 1500$US why cant AKG? I dont understand the recession business.

also Beyers new can is coming too in that pricerange.

The K1000...they couldn't give them away toward the end. The time I spent with the phone, I really couldn't get a sniff of a fundamental frequency below 60 cycles. Neat psychoacoustic effects but gimmicky IMO.

The K701, re-cabled, I waited! And waited some more....What has AKG got against Bass?
